About the property
Deluxe Villa Marghareta is ideally located in the very heart of the city, perfectly positioned between Lapad, Gruž, and the Old Town. All major city attractions and beaches are reachable within approximately 15 minutes. The villa is set within a stunning private garden filled with orange, lemon, olive, apricot, hazelnut, and avocado trees, and is home to numerous turtles that peacefully inhabit the garden, creating a truly unique atmosphere.
Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, the villa has been recently renovated and spans four levels, offering a total of 220 m² of living space. It features 7 bedrooms, 6 private bathrooms, 1 additional guest toilet, 4 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies with beautiful views of Mount Srđ, the city, and the sea, as well as a large, fully enclosed and private sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. The entire property forms a secluded and tranquil oasis right in the city centre.
For guests who enjoy a more active holiday, nearby amenities include a basketball and football court, a small outdoor fitness park located just 200 metres away in a pine forest, several cafés, grocery stores, a pizzeria, two bakeries, and a bus stop.
If you choose to use Uber or Bolt, rides to all city beaches and main destinations take no more than 10 minutes and typically cost around €7–8.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, as well as a washing machine and drying area, both provided at no extra charge. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a welcome gift, fresh towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets.
Enjoy unforgettable moments by the private swimming pool, shaded by centuries-old olive trees and surrounded by the scent of lavender and rosemary. Evening swimming is especially magical thanks to the pool lighting, which continuously changes colours.
The villa is ideal for multiple families wishing to holiday together or for groups seeking a shared base from which to enjoy and explore the city.
For guests who love outdoor cooking and barbecuing, an additional outdoor kitchen with a fireplace is available on a separate terrace next to the villa.
If you arrive before check-in time or depart after check-out, luggage can be safely stored on the property until your transfer to the airport. We can also arrange airport transfers, local excursions, boat tours to nearby islands (private or shared, with organized meals), as well as private guides, massages, or hairdresser services, upon request.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you detailed arrival instructions if you are travelling by car, or we can arrange a private driver to meet you at the airport, who can also show you the nearest grocery store on the way to the villa.
For guests arriving before check-in, it is also possible to organize a short one-hour excursion to Mount Srđ directly from the airport, offering unforgettable panoramic photo opportunities of the city on the way to the villa, for a small additional fee on top of the transfer price.
If you are arriving by car, parking must be reserved in advance.
